Team Success

Congratulations to our team of 7 divers who qualified to compete at this years Swim England National Skills Finals in Southend. With Ariana and Thomas both taking bronze medals, Sam and Millan taking 5th and 6th placing certificates respectively and Ellie, Poppy and Alice all competing sets of confident consistent dives the clubs performance over the 2 day event was strong and enjoyable.

After the excitement of the past couple of weeks training in their new home pool in Reading all the skills divers competing this weekend at the Swim England National Skills Finals 2024 have shown improvements in their dives and their confidence in competition. We are proud of them all and look forward to a summer of fun building up lists and new skills ready for the start of the new season in September.

We thank the organisation of Swim England for the event management and Southend Diving for hosting at their Garon Park facility. Our thanks too to our Albatross volunteers Malcolm, Matt, Hernan and Emma who contributed to the success of the event as coaches, judges and recorder and to the clubs parents for their support.
