    Congratulations to 15-year-old James West and Quinn Shaw after competing in their first senior event at the British diving championships in Plymouth. In the 1m event, James and Quinn finished in 11th and 13th place & 6th & 8th place in the Junior category....

  Maya Pech  & Alexei along with coach Chris Beal attended the ESSA finals today as part of the South East regional team representing their respective schools. Alexei finished 10th in the Primary Boys event with Maya taking 6th in the Junior Girls! Well done both....
